So what is in 'Greasepaint and Stage Lights' the radio show?
The Lyrical Challenge.
Every week we have a 'lyrical challenge'. Twice during the show we will read some lyrics from a well known musical song. All you have to do to be in the draw to win a prize is to email in with the song and the show it is from. Simple!
You must email before the answer is given at the end of the show to win a great prize if your name is pulled out of the musical hat.
Al's Album Track.
Once a month, Alastair will pick a track from one of his vast collection of musical show CDs and talk about the show. Alastair will then pick a track from his CD to play.
Mathew's Musical Character.
Every fortnight Mathew will give you two clues during the show to a musical character that he is describing and all you have to do is use your musical knowledge to work out who the musical character is and then email in your answer in to us before the end of the show.
Rufey's Reviews.
Listen out for Julia's honest reviews of shows from the West End in London, Tourng companies and local amateur dramatics where you live.

At 20 minutes to the top of the hour we play two songs from one show. You are invited to write down two songs from the musical we feature and then we compare notes to see if we picked the same songs.
